As our family continues to harvest Alabama corn for our Sweet Home Divided batch, we are running a very special sister product called the Sweet Home United, where we pulled grains across the US and blended red white and blue corn. We want to thank Dread River Distilling Co for letting us use their awesome facility to get this done efficiently! Can’t wait to try it!

Quick update! Yellowhammers released today and we are having a fun Sweet Home Divided day next Saturday, Sept 6 to choose which barrel we are cracking open of the Divided!

Our barrel 3 and some barrel 4 of the 8 YR wheated

Our barrel 3 and some barrel 4 of the 8 YR wheated Bourbon has just been dropped in an Alabama ABC Select store near you! This MGP distilled product has 45% wheat in the mash, bringing a nice sweet grassy nose and green apple body. Sweet Home decided to do an unfiltered barrel strength pull, letting everyone enjoy the experience of tasting this whiskey straight out of the barrel without any filter or additions. Only 6 bottles per store! And Sweet Home only has 12 bottles of barrel 1 and 30 bottles of barrel 4 left at the distillery taste room! SHS will have 6 year wheated barrels resting so the next release will not be until 2027.
